After three days you can enjoy the great taste of pickled mushrooms.

Marinated mushrooms with cherry will be a great dish not only for the holiday table, but in the ordinary day to delight your loved. Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes - 350 g;
  • Small mushrooms - 300 g;
  • Water - 1 liter;
  • Vinegar - 50 ml;
  • Cloves a few pieces;
  • Vegetable oil - a few tablespoons;
  • Bay leaf;
  • Salt (1 tsp);
  • Sugar (4 tsp);
  • Barberry, pepper mixture.

In a saucepan, add water and add the spices, oil, vinegar. Liquid bring to the boil. Cut the mushrooms into halves. If very small can leave whole. Add them to a pot of boiling water, then cook for about 7 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and proverjaem a few more minutes.   • Olive oil - 100 ml;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Parsley, rosemary;
  • Salt.

  • Vinegar - 150 g;
  • Salt (0.5 tsp);
  • Sugar (0.5 tsp);
  • Hell - a few pieces;
  • Fennel (flowers)

It All boil for 10 minutes, then the marinade is ready.
