Mushrooms often visit our table. It is quite understandable. These mushrooms are never poisonous. They are very affordable. Cooking mushrooms does not take much time. Despite the fact that mushrooms are not as fragrant as the mushrooms collected in the forest, they are very tasty, and rich in amino acids, proteins, and other nutrients.

What can you make with mushrooms? Soups, burgers, salads, appetizers. The mushrooms are perfectly combined with meat, vegetables, so the palette of dishes with them are virtually limitless.

A Good decoration of the table will be stuffed mushrooms. Cooking mushrooms for this recipe takes about an hour, and the set of products in any fridge.

Need:

  • Very large mushrooms - 1 kg;
  • Boiled chicken - 200 g;
  • Cheese - 150 g (or 2 processed cheese);
  • Onion to taste;
  • Jayco;
  • Puree or wheat semolina - 4 tablespoons;
  • Dry wine - glass;
  • Sweet French mustard - 1 spoon;
