The Seaweed kelp, which is otherwise also called seaweed, are very good for health. It contains iodine and phosphorus, vitamins and minerals. And the plant has a beneficial effect on the normalization of weight, so seaweed is included in many diets. In the kitchen of the peoples of Asia kelp is a special place of honor. Korean, Japanese, Chinese recipes with seaweed, photo of fancy dishes from this algae has already gained popularity in Europe. And we take into consideration this gift of the ocean.
In Asian countries, kelp is consumed fresh, canned, dried, salted. Yet it is frozen and dried. It is noteworthy that long-term storage does not affect the usefulness of the plant. Frozen or dried all vitamins are preserved. Russian markets also sold seaweed in Korean. The recipe is quite simple. Dried kelp and wash Bay with water, leave to swell. Then cook until tender, recline in a colander. Carrot and three onions shinkuem strips.
