Remember the tube from my childhood that were baked in a waffle iron and hot wrapped? They do not have time to cool down, as it was absorbed with great rapidity, was so delicious. Or puff pastry rolls? In this article you can find several recipes of this delicacy.

The easiest recipe of tubes, which you can cook in a waffle iron, it is
Wafer rolls.

For their preparation we need:

  • Cream the butter or margarine (150 g);
  • Sugar (150 g);
  • Eggs (4 PCs);
  • Potato starch (50 g);
  • Flour (150 g);
  • Milk/water (1/2 Cup).

While we prepare the dough, you can turn on the waffle iron, greased with vegetable oil to warm up.

Soft butter (or margarine), beat with sugar, gradually adding egg yolks, introducing them to the mixture one at a time.

Gradually add the starch, flour and at the end – milk (water).

Whisk Chilled egg whites into a thick foam and gently introduced into the dough, stirring constantly in one direction. The dough should get the consistency radievogo.

Rolls are baked immediately. In the middle of the heated waffle iron (bottom half) to put a dessert spoon of the dough and cover the top half of the waffle iron, not very pressing.   • Flour (180 g);
  • Water (180 g);
  • Butter (125 g);

When the resulting mass is slightly cool (will be approximately 70 degrees), RUB it into her eggs one at a time.

Squeezing on that has been lightly greased baking sheet sticks, the length of which should not exceed 10-12 inches.

Bake in the oven for thirty minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees (220).

  • Sugar (300 g);
  • Milk (0.5 l);
  • Flour (80 g);
  • Vanilla sugar.

Heat the milk in the bottle, add the sugar. In the boiling solution, add the vanilla sugar and the flour, stirring intensively until a creamy mass. When the custard has cooled a bit, feel free to fill with straws.
