Handling meat with baking began many millennia ago. Even our ancient ancestors did it in the clay on the coals. Since then, the ways of roasting is much improved. There are several types. You can bake meat in the oven in foil, in the test, in the sleeve.

At its core, the roasting meat in foil – a method of heat processing food, wherein they are tightly wrapped in it,and there is no possibility of the steam output, therefore, the product is cooked in its own juices, retaining all the nutrients and a great natural taste.

Cooking Time in the foil depends on the quality of the meat. If you use high-quality meat, used in high-temperature cooking mode in which the product remains in the oven as long as necessary for roasting. In case, if you use a less tender meat in the oven in foil, it is baked at a lower temperature - so the tissues of the meat during the long warm soft. The exception is beef, which requires long cooking at moderate temperatures.

The easiest recipe of meat baked in foil – pork with garlic and mustard.

To prepare this dish we need 700 grams of pork, 6 cloves of garlic, and mustard, pepper and salt to taste.

First RUB the pork with a mixture of mustard, salt and pepper. Further on the meat, make cuts into which insert cut into 4 pieces garlic cloves. Then wrap the meat in foil and put into the oven for half an hour. Bake the meat at 180 degrees. In the technology, the meat turns out tender and juicy.

For cooking prepare a rabbit, 4 tomatoes, 1 head of garlic, 2 onions, 1 red sweet pepper, 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil, 4 Bay leaves, parsley, salt, coriander and pepper.

Preparation.
